Not kidding! I recently found my new favorite frozen treat. Produce number 4011: bananas.
What you need: 4-6 bananas and a master-blender, such as a Vitamix or Ninja.
How to do it: Chop the bananas into large sections and freeze for at least five hours. Place the frozen pieces in the blender and blend until a custard-like consistency is obtained. And, huzzar! Dive in and you will taste vanilla ice cream. Refreeze the leftovers and enjoy as desired! I am giving the monkeys a run for their money on how many bananas I eat every day. It’s at least two.
